Jordi is a peer-to-peer car rental marketplace built and operated by Winixx. As a host, you list a vehicle, set your own rates, and earn rental income that's deposited automatically every week â while Jordi handles renter matching, payments, condition checks, monitoring, and disputes for you.
Who hosts on Jordi
Jordi is built for two kinds of hosts: private owners with a vehicle they're not using day to day, and small dealers who want to put inventory to work. Both list through the same dashboard. Dealers can manage several vehicles under one account; private owners can start with a single car.
How hosting works, end to end
Verify your identity and ownershipComplete KYC through Stripe Identity, including a DMV title check that confirms you own the vehicle. A one-time $55 onboarding fee covers this.
List and pass inspectionAdd your vehicle's details and rates. Every car is inspected and reviewed before approval. Listing itself is free.
Get monitoring hardware installed360° monitoring hardware is fitted before the first rental, protecting you and your renters.
Go live and accept bookingsOnce approved, renters can find and book your car. You choose instant booking or manual approval.
Get paid every MondayEarnings from the prior week are paid out automatically through Stripe Connect.
One account across Winixx
Jordi uses single sign-on through Winixx ID (auth.winixx.com). The same login works across Jordi, Orbit, Winixx Freight, fleetOS, ClearTrust, Winixx Maps, Winixx Health, and the rest of the ecosystem. You don't create or manage a separate Jordi password.
đą
You can host from the web dashboard or the Jordi mobile app. The app uses push notifications (FCM) to alert you in real time about booking requests, pickups, returns, and payouts.
What you keep
Jordi charges a 10% platform commission on rental revenue. You keep 90% of what your vehicle earns, paid weekly. There are no listing fees and no monthly subscription â the only upfront cost is the one-time $55 onboarding fee.

Host Verification & KYC
Before a vehicle can go live, Jordi verifies who you are and confirms you own the car you're listing. Verification runs through Stripe Identity and is covered by a one-time $55 onboarding fee.
What the $55 onboarding fee covers
The fee is charged once, when you first onboard as a host. It covers the identity verification and the DMV title check described below. It is not a listing fee â listing a vehicle is always free â and it is not recurring.

How to complete verification
Start onboardingSign in with your Winixx ID and open the host onboarding flow in the dashboard or app.
Submit your IDStripe Identity will ask for a government-issued ID and a quick selfie to match against it. Use good lighting and make sure the whole document is in frame.
Confirm the vehicle titleProvide the vehicle's title details so the DMV title check can confirm ownership.
Pay the $55 onboarding feeThis is processed securely through Stripe at the end of the flow.
âī¸
Under the hood: identity and title verification are handled by Stripe Identity, the same KYC layer used across Winixx (and surfaced for businesses through ClearTrust). Jordi never stores your raw ID document â it stores only the verification result.
If verification fails or stalls
Blurry or partial ID â retake the photo with the full document visible and no glare.
Name mismatch â the name on your ID, your payout account, and the vehicle title should match. If they differ (for example, a maiden name), contact support so it can be reviewed manually.
Title not found â double-check the title number and state. Dealer-held titles may need additional documentation reviewed in the admin KYC queue.

Listing Your Vehicle
Listing on Jordi is free. Once your KYC is complete, you add your vehicle, it passes inspection and review, monitoring hardware is fitted, and the listing publishes â ready to accept bookings.
What you'll add to a listing
Vehicle details â make, model, year, body type, transmission, and fuel type.
Photos â clear exterior and interior shots. Better photos rank better and book faster.
Location â the pickup area, used by Jordi's HERE Maps integration to surface your car to nearby renters.
Submit the listingYour vehicle enters the admin vehicle approval queue for review.
Vehicle inspectionEvery car is inspected before it can be approved. This verifies condition and confirms the vehicle matches the listing.
Hardware installation360° monitoring hardware is installed before the first rental.
Go liveAfter inspection and review pass, the listing publishes automatically at no cost.
đī¸
You can save a listing as a draft and finish later. A draft won't enter the approval queue until you submit it.
đĄ
Offering both a daily and a weekly rate widens your reach: short-term renters book days, while longer-term renters book weeks and can prepay for a discount.

Monitoring Hardware & Telemetry
Every vehicle on Jordi has 360° monitoring hardware installed before its first rental. It's there to protect both you and your renters, and to give every booking a reliable, tamper-resistant record.
What the hardware does
Location & telemetry â confirms where the vehicle is and supports nearby discovery and reverse geocoding through HERE Maps.
Trip records â provides an objective record tied to each rental, which helps resolve disputes about usage.
Condition context â complements the digital pickup and return checklists with timestamped data.
Interim hardware now, fleetOS later
Jordi currently fits interim monitoring hardware on every vehicle. As fleetOS â Winixx's fleet management and telemetry platform â rolls out, vehicles will transition to it. This change is handled by Jordi and Winixx; no action is required from you, and your listing and bookings are unaffected during the transition.
âī¸
Under the hood: telemetry feeds into Jordi's geolocation features via HERE Maps (geolocation, nearby vehicle discovery, reverse geocoding). When fleetOS is live, the same data layer is served by fleetOS instead of the interim units.
Installation and upkeep
Installation is scheduled as part of getting your listing live and is coordinated by Jordi. If a unit needs servicing or replacement, Jordi arranges it. Tampering with or removing monitoring hardware violates the host terms and can suspend a listing.

Setting Rates & Pricing
You set your own prices on Jordi. Choose a daily rate, a weekly rate, or both â independently â and adjust them at any time from the dashboard or app.
Daily and weekly rates
The two rates are independent. You can list a car for daily rental only, weekly rental only, or both at once. Offering both means short-term renters book by the day while longer-term renters book by the week, and you capture demand from each.
How prepay discounts work
Renters can prepay multiple weeks up front for a discounted rate. This trades a slightly lower weekly price for longer, more predictable bookings and less turnover between renters. Setting a competitive weekly rate makes these multi-week prepayments more attractive.
Commission and what you take home
Jordi takes a 10% platform commission on rental revenue. Your displayed rate is the gross rental price; your payout is 90% of the revenue collected.
Example
Amount
Weekly rate you set
$300
Platform commission (10%)
â$30
Your payout for that week
$270
The figures above are illustrative. Your actual payout depends on the rate you set, the number of days or weeks booked, and any prepay discount you've enabled.
đĄ
Review nearby listings of similar vehicles before setting a rate. Competitive pricing earns more bookings, and consistent weekly bookings beat occasional high-priced gaps.

Availability & Booking Controls
You decide when your vehicle is available and how bookings are confirmed. Manage both from the dashboard or the mobile app.
Blocking availability
Need the car for a weekend, a service appointment, or personal use? Block those dates and the vehicle won't be bookable for that window. Blocked dates take effect immediately and apply across both daily and weekly availability.
Instant booking vs. manual approval
Mode
How it works
Best for
Instant booking
Verified renters book available dates immediately, no wait
Maximizing bookings and occupancy
Manual approval
Each request comes to you to accept or decline
More control over who rents and when
You can switch the toggle at any time, and set it per vehicle if you list more than one.
Responding to booking requests
When manual approval is on, new requests appear in your dashboard and trigger a push notification on the app. Respond promptly â fast responses improve your standing and reduce the chance a renter books elsewhere.
đ
Push notifications for new requests, confirmed bookings, pickups, and returns are delivered to the Jordi mobile app via FCM. Keep notifications enabled so you never miss a request.

For Hosts Host
Pickup & Return Checklists
Every rental opens and closes with a digital condition checklist. It's timestamped and signed by both you and the renter, giving each booking a clear before-and-after record.
At pickup
You and the renter complete the checklist together, recording the vehicle's condition, fuel or charge level, mileage, and any existing marks. Both parties sign, and the record is timestamped. This is your baseline if a question comes up later.
At return
The same checklist runs again. The return record sits alongside the pickup record, so any change in condition is documented and agreed on the spot, again signed by both sides.
Why it protects you
A signed, timestamped baseline means disputes are decided on evidence, not memory.
Combined with monitoring telemetry, you have an objective record of the rental.
If damage is found at return, the two checklists make the difference clear.
đ
Don't skip the pickup checklist to save time. An incomplete baseline is the most common reason a host loses a damage dispute.

Payouts & Earnings
Jordi pays hosts automatically, every week, through Stripe Connect. There's nothing to invoice and nothing to chase â set up your payout method once and the deposits arrive on their own.
The weekly schedule
Payouts run every Monday and cover the prior week's rental earnings. Jordi manages the weekly float so the timing is consistent regardless of when individual rentals start or end.
Payout methods

Fastest setup; manage your payout account directly through Stripe
ACH bank transfer

Commission and your share
Jordi charges a 10% platform commission on rental revenue, so you keep 90%. Commission is deducted before payout â the amount deposited is already net of it.
Tracking earnings
Your host dashboard shows full earnings history and a payout breakdown. You can see what each rental contributed, the commission deducted, and the net amount paid for each weekly cycle.
âī¸
Under the hood: payouts are processed through Stripe Connect and queued for reliable weekly processing. If a payout can't be delivered (for example, an unverified or closed bank account), it's held and retried â check that your Stripe payout account is fully verified.

Vehicle Swap Management
If a vehicle has to come off the platform mid-rental â for example, you need to permanently withdraw it â Jordi manages the swap for you so the renter is moved to a replacement without you having to untangle an active booking.
What Jordi handles
Identifying a suitable replacement vehicle for the active renter.
Moving the renter's booking to the replacement within 24 hours.
Reconciling earnings and payouts across the original and replacement vehicles.
What you need to do
Flag the vehicle for withdrawal in your dashboard. You don't have to manually cancel the rental or contact the renter â Jordi coordinates the replacement and keeps both sides informed. Withdrawing a vehicle does not cancel earnings already accrued for the completed portion of a rental.
đ
The renter-facing side of this is the 24-Hour Vehicle Swap Guarantee. From the renter's perspective, their booking simply continues on a replacement car.

Disputes & Resolution
When something goes wrong with a rental â damage, a return disagreement, or a payment question â Jordi has a structured resolution process backed by the evidence collected during the booking.
What disputes can cover
Vehicle damage identified at return.
Disagreements about the return condition or timing.
Cleaning, fuel, or charge-level issues.
Payment or payout questions tied to a specific booking.
How to raise one
Open the bookingFind the rental in your dashboard and start a dispute from it.
Attach evidenceReference the pickup and return checklists and add photos or notes.
Submit for reviewThe case enters the dispute resolution queue in the Winixx admin panel.
ResolutionThe team reviews the signed checklists, telemetry, and your evidence, then resolves the case.
đĄ
The strength of your case usually comes down to the pickup checklist. A complete, signed baseline at the start of the rental is your best protection.
âšī¸
This process is for issues found after a trip â damage discovered at return, a condition disagreement, or a billing question. A collision or emergency happening during an active trip is different â see Accidents & fleetOS Coverage. An item a renter left behind has its own dedicated flow too â see Lost Items Left By Renters.

Lost Items Left By Renters
If a renter reports leaving something in your vehicle, here's exactly what happens and what you need to do.
How a report reaches you
When a renter reports a lost item through the app, you're notified immediately and the report is logged against that specific rental. It's separate from the standard dispute process â a lost item isn't a disagreement about anything, it just needs to be found and returned.
What to do
Check the vehicleLook for the described item the next time you're at the car.
Confirm found in your dashboardOnce you've located it, confirm the report as found. This is what triggers the next step â don't confirm until you've actually found it.
Coordinate return with the renterUse in-app messaging to arrange how and where to get the item back to them.
The lost item fee
When you confirm an item as found, a flat $20 fee is automatically charged to the renter and paid to you â compensation for the time and effort of locating and returning it. This only happens once you've confirmed the item is genuinely found; nothing is charged on the strength of a renter's report alone.
đĩ
The $20 charge and payout happen automatically the moment you confirm "found" â there's nothing further to submit or invoice.
đĄ
If you can't find anything matching the report, just let the renter know via messaging rather than confirming "found" â confirming should only ever reflect that you've actually located the item.

Accidents & fleetOS Coverage
A collision or accident involving your vehicle during an active rental is handled differently from a standard dispute â through fleetOS, Winixx's dedicated fleet and accident-response platform.
What fleetOS is
fleetOS is a separate Winixx platform, available to hosts on a subscription basis. It functions similarly to insurance in that it coordinates and helps cover the cost of accident response â but with clearly defined boundaries. It's not a blanket replacement for your own personal auto insurance, which every host is still required to maintain per the Jordi host terms.
đ
fleetOS is optional and subscription-based. If you're not subscribed, an accident is handled through your own personal auto insurance policy directly â the same policy you're already required to keep current in order to list on Jordi.
If an accident happens during a rental
Safety firstIf anyone is hurt or the situation is an emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) before anything else.
Contact Jordi support right awayReach out via live chat as soon as it's safe to do so â an accident on an active trip needs real-time handling, not a routine ticket.
fleetOS engages, if you're subscribedSubscribed hosts are connected into fleetOS's accident response process, which coordinates next steps within its defined coverage terms.
Otherwise, your personal policy appliesNon-subscribed hosts work directly with their own insurer for the claims process.
âšī¸
This is separate from Disputes & Resolution, which covers damage discovered at return or a condition disagreement â not an in-progress collision or emergency.

Finding a Car Near You
Jordi uses HERE Maps to show you verified vehicles nearby and help you filter to exactly what you need.
Filtering the marketplace
Browse and narrow listings by:
Location â vehicles near your current position or a chosen area.
Vehicle type â body style, transmission, and similar attributes.
Price â daily or weekly rate ranges.
Availability â only cars free for your dates.
Rental type â daily, weekly, or both.
Nearby discovery
With location access enabled, Jordi surfaces the closest available vehicles first. Reverse geocoding turns coordinates into readable pickup areas, so you can see roughly where each car is before you book.
âī¸
Under the hood: geolocation, nearby discovery, and reverse geocoding are powered by HERE Maps. Allowing location access in the app gives the most accurate nearby results.
Reading a listing
Each listing shows the vehicle details, photos, daily and/or weekly rate, availability, and whether it offers instant booking or requires host approval. Listings only appear once the vehicle has passed inspection and the host is verified.

Pickup & Return Checklists
Every rental opens and closes with a digital condition checklist, timestamped and signed by you and the host. It protects you as much as the host.
At pickup
You and the host walk through the checklist together â recording the vehicle's condition, fuel or charge level, mileage, and any existing marks. Both of you sign, and the record is timestamped. This is your proof of the car's state when you received it.
At return
The checklist runs again at return. The two records sit side by side, so the car's condition before and after is documented and agreed, signed by both parties.
How it protects you
Anything already wrong with the car is recorded at pickup, so you're not held responsible for it.
A signed baseline means any later claim is settled on evidence.
You leave the rental with a clear, mutual record of how you returned the car.
đ
Take your time at pickup and note every existing scratch or mark before you sign. A complete checklist is your best protection in any dispute.
